Help Us Send Kids With Cancer to Camp

We're Juliette and Kirsten Geney. Juliette was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia in January 2009 at age four. Our Warrior Princess is now five and half way through her 26-month treatment. We are thrilled to report she is thriving.

Together with our family and friends we are walking to raise funds for Camp Okizu, an incredible organization that provides a no-cost camp experience to children with cancer, and their families.

At Camp Okizu, kids with cancer can just be kids. Patients and their families get much needed support and the opportunity to relax and have fun, all in a beautiful and healing environment.

Juliette has set a personal goal of walking all 5K of this year's Walk 'N Rock for Kids. This especially moves me as her mama, because I carried her into the hospital last January because she couldn't walk on her own. Go Juliette!
